Te Hikuwai haka team and Rangipo Puti Wallace-Ihakara are the current holders of the Taini Morrison Trophy for Te Arawa Regional senior female leadership. The 19-year-old says their success isn't lead by one individual but by a number of people who are trying to maintain and preserve the traditional customs of their marae all around lake Rotoiti.
